These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ShweTwin. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & Accounts

You may use ShweTwin by signing in with Google or continuing as a guest. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate delivery and contact information when placing an order.

Guest Account Limitations

Guest accounts are created instantly with no personal information and are tied to the browser/device they were created on. Your cart, wishlist, and order history under a guest account are only accessible from that same browser/device, unless you connect a Google account to it. Clearing cookies, using a different browser, or switching devices without connecting Google first will make that guest account and its data inaccessible to you — ShweTwin cannot restore access to an unlinked guest account.

Product Information

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but slight variations in color, packaging, or presentation may occur, particularly for products sourced directly from Bangkok. If an item arrives significantly different from its listing, see Returns.

Pricing

Prices are shown in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) and may change at any time before an order is placed. The price charged is the price confirmed and validated by our system at the time your order is placed, not necessarily the price shown earlier while browsing.

Stock Availability

Product availability is checked and reserved at the moment you place your order, not when an item is added to your cart. In rare cases an item may sell out between browsing and checkout, in which case your order will be adjusted or declined for that item and you will be notified.

Preorder Terms

Preorder items are clearly marked with an estimated arrival window and are sourced specifically for confirmed orders. Because of this, preorder items cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed. Once a preorder item arrives and is delivered, it follows our standard returns policy.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept, decline, or adjust (for example, if an item turns out to be unavailable, or if we suspect fraud or abuse). There is currently no self-service order-cancellation option once an order is placed — to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible via Contact Us; we'll do our best to accommodate the request if the order hasn't already shipped.

Returns & Refunds

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, our Returns page explains how to request a replacement or refund.

Account Misuse

Don't attempt to access another customer's account or order, misrepresent your identity, or use the service to place fraudulent orders. We may suspend or restrict accounts we reasonably believe are being misused.

Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Scraping, reselling, or republishing site content without permission.
• Uploading or submitting unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Circumventing pricing, stock, or checkout logic, or exploiting bugs in bad faith.

Intellectual Property

The ShweTwin name, logo, site design, and original content are owned by ShweTwin or its licensors and may not be used without permission. Product images and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners/brands where applicable.

Service Availability

We aim to keep ShweTwin available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access — the site may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShweTwin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a purchase made through it. Our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the store changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use ShweTwin after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
